ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ALTA/ACSM) Land Title Survey is a very comprehensive nationally standardized survey required mostly during commercial property lending and/or title insurance. The ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey ordering process provides the client with a detailed list of options to tailor the survey to fit the client’s specific requirements for their transaction. The party requesting the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey provides the surveyor with a current title commitment and the required title documents needed to complete the survey.
